In 2011, Enemy stepped out of the darkness and into the light with a new EP from Minilogue. With both tracks ranging from 18 minutes to 30 minutes in length, it was evident that there was serious remix potential. When discussions started as to who would remi the EP, everyone quickly agreed among some core names. Enter RRose, Donato Dozzy, Jesper Dahlback and first exclusive co- production between Dustin Zahn and Par Grindvik.

This latest EP on Enemy maybe the most psychedelic and hypnotic release the label has released thus far. Psychedelic Hypnotism may sound like a bad acid rant from the “Summer of Love,” but this 2‐part vinyl EP will prove you otherwise. The first vinyl focuses on the more abstract side of the dance floor, leading off with Rrose and Donato. Perfect for the beginning of the evening or the early morning. The second vinyl is the more club-oriented accompaniment courtesy of Jesper Dahlback and Grindvik & Zahn.

Clouds and Water (RRose Remix)
EAUX and Sandwell District recording artist “RRose” makes a rare remix appearance by com- pletely warping the original beyond recognition. The result is an extremely heady slow-burner that doubles as an exercise in intensity without relying on any of the clichés that typically plague techno music. This is warehouse music at its finest.
When Sadness Releases, Joy Arises (Donato Dozzy Remix)
In some circles, he is considered the master of dance floor hypnotisim. Taking his experience as a former resident of Panoramabar and as a core fixture of Japan’s legendary Labyrinth festival, his productions have an otherworldly take on techno music. His remix effort here is no different. This could easily find its way onto your speakers at home during an afterparty or as you watch the sunset or rise in the mountains with your friends.

When Sadness Releases, Joy Arises (Grindvik and Zahn Remix)
After being closely affiliated for a handful of years, it’s a wonder why these two haven’t collabo- rated already. Enemy is proud to present the first and hopefully not the last collaborative effort between the two. Remaining heavy and hypnotic, their remix ups the aggression level for peak- time play. Old school production ethics with new school tricks, get it on.

Clouds and Water (Jesper Dahlback Cloudy Dub Remix)
One of Sweden’s finest provides us with a groove-induced rehash perfect for nearly any time of night or day! While keeping the original’s life and soul intact, he succeeds at pushing the groove further and further as the remix inches along. File this under highly functional and highly infectious.
